FUTURE
FLIGHT CREW®

PREPARING THE NEXT GENERATION.

Too often, we have heard the stories of motivated, well-qualified candidates immediately rejected while applying for a position with an air medical transport program. Rather than sit around and talk about how we wish that wouldn't happen, we decided to roll up our sleeves and be the change the industry needs. Using the passion that we share for the job, Future Flight Crew was born. Since the inception of the Future Flight Crew, we have been continuously developing a unique program that offers selected applicants the opportunity to let their dreams take flight.

So why us? We remember what it was like to be that person on the outside looking in. We remember what it was, and it continues to feel like having our hearts racing every time we see a helicopter land. That energy is what fuels us. It is incredibly humbling to know that we have a career that thousands dream of having. As we move forward, we want to get people who share our energy and passion into the position to seize hold of their dreams. It is time for us to give back.

The sky is not our limit, it's our goal

Thanks to the incredible support of the ECHO community, we can provide a sensational experience that will help guide you down the path to starting your career in flight. Not only will selected members receive exceptional education through ECHO, but we will also help you stand out from other candidates when you apply for that flight job. FFC is a competitive program that has produced results. In the last year, we have celebrated several Future Flight Crew members who earned their spots with incredible flight programs.  We have also seen FFC members who have taken steps toward their dream by earning advanced certifications, completing additional education, or making positive career changes to make them more attractive candidates for top programs.

The Future Flight Crew program gives you the tools to achieve your dream. So if you are ready to put in the work and are serious about earning your wings, submit an application and allow us the opportunity to help you succeed.

By Flight Crews

The Future Flight Crew program will engage you with several active members of different air medical transport programs. These individuals are located all around the United States and help provide us with a well-rounded perspective of the transport industry at a national level. Simply put, our team will give you the best opportunity to be educated and trained by flight crews. These are not instructors who get paid per student who joins the program, nor the instructor who will just tell you war stories to pad their ego.

Our team comprises active flight clinicians who volunteer their time to help. Why?  They have been in your shoes, wishing someone would lend them a hand. They understand the value of appropriate guidance and mentorship.

Our team will help evaluate your previous experience and maximize the return on future experiences you will gain as you establish new goals. We will work together to map out your track to success. We understand that each path is unique to each person. Your hard work will make you stand out in a crowd of candidates.

LET YOUR DREAMS TAKE FLIGHT.
